Your Club Success Plan helps your officer team establish a shared direction, identify priorities, assign responsibilities, and turn your club’s goals into action.

Work together with your officer team to:

✅ Establish action steps
✅ Assign responsibilities
✅ Work together toward a successful year
🏆 IMPORTANT: Failure to submit your Club Success Plan by the deadline will prevent your club from achieving Distinguished Club Status.

Strong clubs begin with trained leaders! 🎯
Train at least four club officers during both the Summer and Winter training sessions and earn $10 club cash for your club.
📅 Complete by February 28, 2027.
The 4 × 4 reward does not apply when all seven officers qualify for the 7 × 7 incentive.

A fully trained officer team is ready to lead, serve, and succeed! 🌟
