TLI Winter Training – Now In Session!

Toastmasters International is proud to announce the commencement of Winter Training, tailored for the dedicated club officers across the Eastern Time zone. This season’s training sessions are designed to bolster leadership and communication skills within the Toastmasters community.

District 46, renowned for its vibrant presence since 1955, offers a schedule convenient for New Yorkers and surrounding counties, with sessions accessible via Zoom. Similarly, Districts 36, 18, 53, 27, and the newly established District 119 are opening their virtual doors, inviting members to partake in enriching workshops. Each district presents a selection of dates, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.

Club officer training is a cornerstone activity within Toastmasters International, directly impacting the success and vitality of each club. Effective training equips club officers with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead their clubs efficiently, fostering a supportive environment where members can thrive.

The importance of club officer training cannot be overstated when it comes to achieving the Distinguished Club Program (DCP) awards, which are benchmarks of club health in education, membership growth, and administrative efficiency. Well-trained officers are more likely to lead their clubs to meet these goals, earning recognition such as the coveted Distinguished Club award.

Training provides officers with an understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and the best practices for management and leadership.
