In his role as the District Finance Manager for District 46, Hardik’s servant leadership style is characterized by humility, empathy, and a deep-seated commitment to the Toastmasters ethos. His dedication to the organization and its members is evident in his continuous efforts to ensure financial stewardship and transparency, aligning with his goal of achieving the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) title in the near future.
