Eligibility: Open to all clubs in good standing

Opportunity: Enhance your club’s unity and visibility! Participate in our Multi-Media Promotion to win District Dollars.

How to Participate and Win:

  1. Design a Unique Virtual Meeting Background: Create an engaging background for Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
  2. Use and Capture: Utilize this background in a club meeting and take a screenshot showcasing its use.
  3. Create a Club Guest Flyer: Design an appealing flyer for an upcoming meeting or Open House.
  4. Social Media Engagement: Share your flyer on club’s social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  5. Submission: Send the following to the Club Growth Director by May 15, 2024:
    • Screenshot from the virtual meeting
    • The guest flyer graphic
    • Links to the social media posts

Rewards:

  • 1st Prize: $100 District Dollars
  • 2nd Prize: $75 District Dollars
  • 3rd Prize: $50 District Dollars

Winners Announcement: Winners will be revealed at the Spring Member Appreciation Day on June 22, 2024.

Submission Requirements:

  • To claim, submit the required screenshots, flyer, and social media post links to the Club Growth Director by May 15th.
  • There are no restrictions for entry.
